Tasmanian Inn Cider is made from selected apples, grown in orchards in Southern Tasmania.
To achieve premium quality juice, our apples are fully ripened in the orchard. In a process similar to grape wine production they are juiced, stored and double fermented with the last fermentation being in the bottle.
The flavour of the apples is retained as much as possible so that the individual character of the fruit and skins are still discernable. Inn Cider is based upon a style of cider popular in the Normandy area of France. The primary aim is to maintain quality, producing a totally natural product without artificial preservatives or flavourings.
